From the day I met when Fandi & Christin, I knew we’d get along perfectly.

Fandi & Christin are from Indonesia, but these two met in Malaysia during their study here. This makes Malaysia a meaningful or relevant place for their relationship, and Melaka where they travelled a lot to together, held extra special meaning for them. They thought it might be a great chance to have some engagement photos prior to their wedding back home.

We began the shoot with something fun, the two dog-lovers with the huskies at the beach, then explored the heritage city of Melaka, and lastly we watched the sunset over the sand dunes of Klebang. I pulled back for a moment and just let them soak up this unique time in their lives. It was amazing and they are the absolute loveliest to photograph.
